Discovering interests
A test reveals interests and aptitudes, alongside your own observation - an interest shows in behaviour at home, not on paper alone.
Your part: fill in the short observation form after the test.
Exploring careers - three, not one
They meet real careers through cards and encounters, then pick three. One early choice closes more doors than it opens.
Your part: tell them about your work and the work of those around them - the real thing beats any description.
Living the experience
They touch the career up close: a meeting with someone who does it and a small hands-on task - they try before they judge.
Your role: arrange a meeting in any form - a visit, a video call, or a relative who works in that career.
The project and the video
They build a small project about their chosen job and present it in a short video - learning to tell what they did.
Your part: film it on your phone and let them speak in their own words.
Awards and the guidance report
Voting and awards, plus a written guidance report the family keeps: their interests, what the experience revealed, and the next step.
Your part: read the report with them - it is for them, not against them.
